I was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa with my 4 older siblings.  By the age of 21, I made the move to San Diego and for me, this was A Move in the Right Direction.

I worked as a Sales Manager at a travel agency prior to working in real estate.  I had the opportunity to visit many places during my previous career.  My two favorite destinations were Costa Rica and Argentina.  The  people were extremely friendly and accommodating in both countries. Costa Rica was an adventure going water rafting, zipping through the trees on a canopy tour and observing the howler monkeys as we hiked through the rain forest. Argentina  offered tango dance lessons, opera, beautiful architecture and good shopping deals.

My husband, Todd, and I have been happily married for almost 6 years.  I have a 12 year old step-daughter, Angelica, who attends Junior High in University City.  I enjoy volunteering for her Girl Scout troop and for the School Site Counsel and Governance Committee as the UC Representative and Governance Chair Person.  We have a 4 year old daughter, Olivia, and a 2 year old son, Weston.  There is nothing better than hearing my children’s laughter, getting a hug from one of them, or hearing “I love you mommy”.  They are the biggest reward in my life!” 

My husband and I were renting in Carlsbad when my sister-in-law suggested that we look into buying a home.  We couldn’t have made a better decision.  We have since sold that house and have purchased another.  I know first hand the responsibilities that come with owning a home.  I genuinely feel that my personal experiences can be of benefit to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.  I enjoy educating my clients on all the ins and outs of the industry.
